Exterior Load Scales

All exterior load scales are mounted in a durable, weather-guard box with a manual shut off valve. Each unit includes a mounting bracket, fittings and hardware needed for installation (standard 1/4" air line is not included). Below, you will find information on each of our exterior load scale options.

Single Axle with a Single HCV

(Model 310-30)

The 310-30 is designed for use on a tractor or trailer with a single axle air suspension that is controlled by a single height control valve. The 310-30 provides reliable on-the-ground axle weight measurement with clear readings displayed on its 2-1/2" gauge. The 310-30 features a manual, 3-way bleeder valve to “bleed” air out of the gauge when it's not in use to help ensure the long life of the scale system.

Tandem Axle with a Single HCV

(Model 310-54)

The 310-54 is designed for exterior installation on either tractors or trailers with a tandem axle air suspension that is controlled by a single height control valve. The 310-54 provides reliable on-the-ground axle weight measurement with clear readings displayed on its 3-1/2” gauge. The 310-54 features a manual, 3-way bleeder valve to “bleed” air out of the gauge when it's not in use to help ensure the long life of the scale system.

Tandem Axle with Two HCVs

(Model 310-30-DG)

The 310-30-DG is designed for exterior installation on a tractor or trailer with a tandem axle air suspension that is controlled by duel height control valves. Because the 310-30DG measures the weight of two separate air systems, it reads your weight on two load scale gauges, one for each group of air bags that are managed by one of the leveling valves. The 310-30DG provides reliable on-the-ground axle weight measurement with clear readings displayed on two 2-1/2" gauges and comes with two quarter turn shut-off valves.

Tri Axle with a Single HCV

(Model 310-80)

The 310-80 is designed for exterior installation on a trailer with a tri axle air suspension that is controlled by a single height control valve. The 310-80 also provides reliable on-the-ground axle weight measurement with clear readings displayed on its 3-1/2” gauge. The 310-80 features a manual, 3-way bleeder valve to “bleed” air out of the gauge when it's not in use to help ensure the long life of the scales system.

Standard Polypropylene Box

Our custom designed exterior box is made of impact-modified polypropylene with two stainless steel draw latches. Unless otherwise specified, all of our exterior load scales are mounded in this box.
